All the distro’s had a fair chance each install was rebooted 5 times to allow the hardware and install to ‘settle down’. The timing matrix should be pretty clear to anyone that reads it, Power On means pressing the power button and starting the stopwatch simultaneously timing to the Grub/Boot Loader screen.

I then started the process again (Rebooted) and timed from Grub to the Login Screen, another Reboot and timed from Login Screen to a ‘Usable’ Desktop.
