Foxmarks changes to Xmarks

Had an email from Xmarks the other day, “Who are these?” I asked myself, and why are they asking me to upgrade Foxmarks? “Is this a scam or something?”.

xmarksNow I didn’t click on the upgrade link as asked (Although as it turns out that’s OK) and scuttled off to check out who or what this was all about. Turns out it is legitimate and Foxmarks is changing to Xmarks with some pretty cool new features the Site Info is currently my favourite not only does it give you info on the current site but also a small image of similar sites to the one you are currently looking at.

If like me you have multiple machines in more than one location and you’d like to keep your bookmarks and passwords in sync then head over to Xmarks and install this add-on for Firefox etc.
